Ooops! Wrong prince! I hope they didn’t make too many mugs before the truth sank in. Goes to show that quality assurance is essential, not a boring management fad.
I was living in Thailand when Charles and Diana married. The service was shown on Thai TV. I asked my local colleague what she thought of it and she said “Too much music!”

I once bemoaned to an American Taxi Driver that all their banknotes look alike save for the denomination number.

I emailed them telling them that they had the wrong prince and I just got a reply:
Kind Sir. Thank you for your regards. Yes it is a beautiful marriage cup. It appears exactly as it is on the webscreen, in same glory. Have a pleasant evening.
Highest regards.
